Location and hotel were great but the staff were incredible!! Nickolas was brilliant
Only thing that let it down was the pool and outside area were not open for use which was very disappointing. This was advertised but for a premium hotel this was a let down and was very untidy! A little effort would have changed this and made it much better

At times air conditioning was on 23 but room was cold - seemed difficult to regulate
Would be so nice if swimming pool was heated or if there was a hot tub

It was a delightful pair of days. The staff and service is superb, I strongly recommend if you want to have beautiful days in an almost private beach in a park with excellent food.
