Most appalling stay. Cold rea with sugar despite being told NO SUGAR!. No water for a shower on the first morning. No hot water on the 3rd morning. Room not serviced despite being told to do so. No hand towels nor toiletries. Room and bed clothes dirty. Asked for some boiling hot water. Given luke warm water. 3 staff Dinesh Sachin and Satish tried their best to help within the very limited resources available to them.

Location was great. Entrance is almost hidden and not easy to locate at night. Lobby was pretty dirty and staff was not professional. Room linens were dirty and had mosquito blood on them.

staff is v polite. property has promise

room was nice, staff is very polite and nice but rest was terrible, master light switch is very hard to work, eiterh all lights off or most lighst on, no bathroom or night light unclean property, trash piles in area, corridors used for strogae of furniture. breakfast was terrible, no fruit or juice and it was most days bread and butter, with soemthing aditional. Tea was horrible restaurant on site sends roasting/barbecue fumes upt third floor, loud music in reatruant plays till midnight
