Villa Centauro | Private pool and detached home near the beach

Villa Centauro combines modern design, comfort and a welcoming atmosphere in a peaceful residential area of San Juan de los Terreros, approximately 600 metres from the beach and close to restaurants, shops and essential services. Its location allows guests to enjoy being close to the sea while staying away from the usual bustle of the seafront.

This completely detached, single-storey villa provides a greater sense of privacy and tranquillity throughout the stay. Its layout is comfortable for families with children and older guests. In front of the entrance, there are trees and spacious landscaped areas that provide a pleasant, open setting. Private parking is available within the property, with additional parking spaces outside.

The sleeping area comprises three double bedrooms, named after some of the most distinctive places in the surrounding area: the Mar Serena Suite, with a large double bed and private bathroom; the La Geoda Bedroom, with a double bed; and the Isla Negra Bedroom, also with a double bed. A second full bathroom serves the other bedrooms and communal areas.

The living area features a modern kitchen with a peninsula and a spacious living-dining room with a Smart TV. Both the living-room TV and the porch TV include access to Movistar+, Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and other entertainment services. The Airzone system allows the temperature in each room to be controlled independently, while high-speed Wi-Fi provides a stable connection throughout the stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy the private saltwater swimming pool all year round, as well as an 11 m² covered porch with a dining area and a second Smart TV, barbecue and sun loungers.

At Villa Centauro, every family day can be enjoyed at a different pace: sharing breakfast on the porch, spending the morning at the beach, returning for a swim in the pool or preparing a barbecue at the end of the afternoon. With everything arranged on a single floor, children, adults and older family members can enjoy the different spaces together in comfort while still finding their own time to relax.

The stay includes up to 40 kWh of electricity per night, which is more than the villa’s usual consumption. The cost of any excess consumption may be charged to the guest. Bookings from groups made up exclusively of young people are not accepted.

San Juan de los Terreros offers fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, some of which have been awarded Blue Flag status, such as Mar Serena Beach. Other highlights include the distinctive Los Cocedores Beach, the unspoilt coves of Cuatro Calas and the rock formation known as Pichirichi.

San Juan de los Terreros Castle, built in 1764 on a promontory, offers magnificent views of the coastline. Nearby is the Giant Geode of Pulpí, one of the largest geodes in the world that is open to visitors. The Isla de Terreros and Isla Negra Natural Monument completes the landscape with a protected volcanic environment in the Mediterranean.

Aguilón Golf is located just 7 km away. The surrounding area also offers diving centres, seafront restaurants, pleasant terraces, hiking routes, local markets, concerts and water activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding and diving. The villa’s location also makes it easy to discover nearby towns such as Águilas, Vera, Mojácar and Lorca.

Villa Centauro is an ideal base from which to enjoy the sea, nature, gastronomy and culture of the Almería coast, very close to the Region of Murcia.
