"Overall the experience was good, food was usually great, except Asian night. It was hard to get an iron for the room, and I strongly believe that they gave either only one that they keep moving between rooms, or very few. There was one misleading information on the Expedia website: it says that there is a double bed and a single bed, but when we arrived there they told us that there was no such thing as a double bed. It was not great, as one of the reasons why we chose that hotel was because of the double bed. Expedia should be careful with these informations."

"The property is in a beautiful location in the middle of a forest , it is a little dated inside & could do with new utensils(kettle,toaster) . The new bathrooms were lovely , powerful showers .Air con was amazing , the finca itself has a lot of character . The pool is situated a little way from the finca & the views from pool are beautiful ! We did have a few issues during our stay , the pool water stained our clothing & inflatables , which unfortunately continued throughout our stay . Pool men came most days to try & help . Also after 10 days the cleaner had not been , we contacted host who offered for them to come the next day but as we only had 3 days left we declined the offer & asked for compensation for both issues ! All in all we enjoyed our stay , the hosts were quick to respond to our issues with the pool which we appreciated . But some times regarding other things could be a bit slow to respond ! Another thing we feel would be helpful is a welcome information pack / guestbook with info on the local area & the finca itself we have found these really helpful in other properties we have stayed in . Wi fi access good , property was a little hard to find so maybe in future a map pin could be given to help with this ! "

"Air conditioning system is very old and did not work in our room. Our stay was during August and the upper loft of the room was so hot, sleeping was impossible. Since there is no front desk support at night we could not get this corrected until the next day. A sleepless night to start our vacation was a bad start to our stay. "

"We tried to contact Hipotels with questians during our visit via email and via Hotels app but no answer from them. The Hotel was good, but it would be better if there is a way to get into contact with them. Now there was only a phone number to call."
