Warning..The Ventura hides behind their 48hr cancellation policy with no empathy for a guests situation. My husband had surgery in Hamilton & the standard time in hospital was 3 nights. Fortunately it went well so he was discharged after 2 nights. As soon as we were told he could go home a day early ...
