Considering it is a place out in the country, with no stores or cafes nearby. I believe there should be some coffee/tea and especially water in the rooms. We only stayed 1 night on our way back to the UK. The location is near a motorway junction, making getting in and out of Bordeaux relatively easy. The kitchen area was small but well stocked and you could cook a meal. It was all a bit tired really but the staff were helpful and friendly
