"Big rooms Appropriate breakfast But 2 out of 3 elevators did not work. Additionally, we were unable to use either the cycling bike or the treadmill in the gym as both were out of order. When we mentioned this at the reception, the issue was not properly addressed. All in all, the value for money was poor"

"Property is very well located if you’re looking to visit the city of arts and science. Not so close to downtown but taxis are not expensive, safe, and widely available. Property staff lacks empathy without being rude, just the minimum and gives the impression they don’t like tourists but they still work there. Regular rooms are just for 2 and we were 3. We had to insist on getting us a more comfortable room and finally got it with an extra charge. "
