The building offers 24 hour security, an elevator to a phenomenal rooftop pool and hot tub offering 360 degree views. You are just a 5-minute stroll from Camarones Beach, a 10-15-minute walk to the famous Malecon, and a 30-minute walk (or inexpensive Uber ride) to the Romanic Zone.

The condo has a modern design that feels bright and welcoming. The dining room and each bedroom has their own private balcony. The rooftop pool area is a stunning place to unwind while enjoying ocean breezes and sweeping ocean and city views.

Guests have full access to the condo and all shared rooftop amenities, including the pool and lounging spaces. The neighborhood is easy to navigate, and transportation is simple — Uber functions normally, taxis are plentiful throughout the city, and local buses are both reliable and affordable.

The building has an ideal location, it is 20 minutes from the airport by taxi, and only a 5-minute bus ride ($0.50 USD) to downtown. Cabs and Ubers are readily available and the bus stop is just one block from the property. You can also walk to the Malecon (Vallarta`s famous boardwalk) in 10-15 mins. Grocery stores, local restaurants, best fish market, great taco stands and many other conveniences are also within walking distance.

Shopping Centers, modern movie theaters, large grocery and warehouse stores are about 10-15 minutes away by taxi or uber and include La Isla Shopping Village, Galerias Vallarta, Costco, Walmart, Sam`s Club, Le Comer and several other grocery stores.

If you are looking to venture outside of Vallarta, there are water taxi`s to Yelapa and Las Animas Beach from the pier on Los Muertos Beach or take a bus south to the Zoo or Botanical Gardens.
