Please note that our calendar is blocked for Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
These dates are reserved only because of specific holiday minimum-stay and rate requirements, not because the villa is unavailable.

• Christmas & New Year’s: 6-night minimum stay – US $25,950 total (whether you stay all 6 nights or fewer).
• Thanksgiving & Fourth of July: 5-night minimum stay at the rates shown on the calendar.
