Puerto Vallarta, Fabulous Downtown Apartment!

  • This apartment has the perfect location to get to know the center of Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy the tranquility and cozy spaces of this beautiful place.
    Located in the building called LA GUIRNALDA, located 3 blocks from the Malecón, Beach and Downtown Vallarta.
    - NOTE: the building is located on a cobbled and sloping street, between busy streets, therefore CAUTION is recommended.
    -Includes 50 Kwh of electricity for short stays. In long stays, the consumption of electricity is paid by the guest.
    -The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. You will have free parking for 1 small vehicle inside the building (truck, van, etc. They do not fit due to the height).
    -You will find the pool on the terrace (4th floor) as well as the bar, tables, 2 lounge chairs and a small room with a wonderful view.
