First timer at Harbor & Puerto Vallarta

Super nice condo, good location, and good price. Super convenient for all activities Check in time was the only con. Would return though!

The facilities are beautiful. Immaculately clean. Pools are fantastic. Amazing views. The suite was clean. Nice size bathroom with great shower. Location is good. There is a grocery store about 10 minute walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The gym really made it for me. You don't get such well equipped facilities in most condos. Some things that could be better would be the bed. It's a double (too small for 2 people) and incredibly uncomfortable. I was taking pain killers by the end of the week. Seems like an ill advised cost cutting move. The furniture looks nice in the pictures but in practice is pretty uncomfortable. There was a strong smell when we first entered the unit that dissipated after a day. The list says there is a dishwasher but there is not. There is clothes washer but no dryer, again seems short sighted. A guide in the room would be super helpful. Things like where the key fob is used, how to operate the room safe, TV, and maybe a map to the grocery store would have been super helpful. The local manager responded quickly to my original complaints (i.e. a blind fell off the window) but never actually actioned any requests.Bottom line is I would stay in same building again but likely in a different unit with a better bed.
