Wake up to sweeping ocean views, spend your days beside the heated infinity pool, and unwind each evening with chef-prepared meals as the sun sets over Puerto Vallarta.



Blending traditional Mexican architecture with refined modern design, the villa offers a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience surrounded by tropical greenery and panoramic views. Though it feels peaceful and secluded, the villa is just minutes from the Romantic Zone and Los Muertos Beach.



What truly sets Casa Sueños del Mar apart is the full-service experience. Your stay includes a dedicated team of three — a private chef, houseman/bartender, and daily housekeeping — all focused on making your stay relaxed and effortless.



Chef service is included Monday through Saturday for two consecutive meals per day — either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. The chef service itself is included in your stay; however, groceries, beverages, alcohol, specialty ingredients, and related shopping costs are not included in the nightly rate. Guests are responsible for the cost of food and drinks purchased for their group, which are customized to your preferences and charged separately at cost. A small transportation/gas charge may apply for grocery shopping and food-related errands.



Additional meals, breakfast and dinner service on the same day, special requests, dietary accommodations, and Sunday service may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.



The expansive terrace is the heart of the home, featuring a private heated infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the bay. Lounge in the sun, dine al fresco, relax in the shade, or simply take in panoramic views stretching from Los Muertos Beach to the Marietas Islands. Surrounded by lush jungle, the setting feels private, serene, and far removed from the pace of everyday life.



Inside, the villa is thoughtfully designed with a blend of warmth and sophistication, featuring custom furnishings, curated artwork, and modern comforts throughout. Open-air living spaces flow naturally from indoors to outdoors, creating an easy, relaxed atmosphere whether you’re gathering as a group or enjoying quiet moments on your own.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and includes:
