Large Private Luxury Villa with Stunning Views Upper Conchas Chinas Full Staff

This beautiful Villa is located hillside in upper Concha’s Chinas with breathtaking views of the South Coast and a short drive from the popular Romantic Zone and Los Muertos Beach.
The design is relaxed coastal contemporary with organic details, colorful art and textiles to compliment the setting between the rain forest and sparkling Pacific Ocean.
The villa is a tranquil oasis inside a gated residential complex, approximately 2 miles from town or just a short drive to the bohemian energy of downtown, Romantic Zone restaurants and Los Muertos Beach.
The villa has a large heated infinity pool. Includes full staff and all the amenities and comforts for a perfect Mexican getaway.
The Villa is perfect for families, groups of friends or corporate groups.
This property is 8 bedrooms but you can rent it as 4 bedrooms for 8 people maximum.
This listing shows the price for a fully private rent of 4 bedrooms for maximum of 8 guests. If you need more bedrooms ask your host for special price.
Our Concierge can meet you at the airport and provide to you a private transfer to the villa for an extra fee, Once there, our staff will welcome you with complimentary snacks and drinks. Then, they will show you the bedrooms and you can make your selection, our butler takes your luggage to each of your bedrooms.

The pictures don't do this home justice.

The Villa is amazing and the staff exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. I've been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over 30 years and have stayed all over town. I commented many times how the views didn't look real. If we can gather a group in the future, I would work around any booking schedule to stay here again. Ismael, the house manager took care of our every need, and Gabriel, the chef, prepared some of the best meals we've had in Puerto Vallarta. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer and I should have had them prepare a few more meals for us! You can't go wrong with this Villa. What you don't see in the pictures is the house has a Media Room and also a bar next to the pool. It is walkable downhill to head to the beach for those who are in shape. However, going up is not for the faint of heart. Uber's were cheap and typically available in 15 minutes.
