The Space:

Enjoy serenity and style in this colourful, 3rd-floor condo. The open floor plan is a fusion of the sitting area with a sofa that can accommodate 1 guest, a well-equipped kitchen, and a stylish dining table where you can enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop if needed. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the basics needed for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker to kick-start your day and a blender to whip up some afternoon mixers.

The bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with a king-size bed made with nice linens for a restful night’s sleep. For added comfort, the room has a ceiling fan and A/C. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and lots of space to accommodate your bath essentials.

For added convenience, there’s a washing machine and dryer in the condo. Also, a Pack ´n Play travel cot and highchair are available for rent upon request. (Must be reserved before check-in.)

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. The code and full instructions will be provided before your arrival.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the entire condo and shared access to the complex amenities.

Check in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Area:
The enviable and vibrant area of Versalles has become the newest culinary hotspot in Puerto Vallarta. There’s an incredible restaurant scene, cafes, bakeries, organic markets, boutique shops, nightlife, and, above all, a friendly atmosphere. You’ll be within walking distance of the beach and just a 10-minute drive from major supermarkets like Costco and La Comer Fluvial.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), about 5.5 km | 3.4 miles away. If you are arriving by car, there’s free parking on the street. If you’re not driving, Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

Pool will be out of service until further notice.

The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travellers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. There is a $50 USD penalty fee per night for any unauthorised guests.
- Lost keys are a $20 USD replacement fee. If you are locked out, please do not force doors open or jump through balconies or windows. Instead, please contact the host to open the doors for you. The penalty for any forced entry is $10 USD.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 USD penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities and excessive noise is not permitted after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am to respect the neighbors. Failure to comply will incur a $70 USD penalty.
- There’s no daily cleaning. However, if you want the place cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge. Also, the free bath amenities are not replenishable once they have been used.
- Guests are responsible for damage, lost items, or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay, for excessive stains on towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains. This will be charged at the time of checkout.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
