The place is kind of new in a secured area, plus the own appartement has an extra security system. The appartement was clean, and communication was great with the host, always quick answers and friendly. There is a nice quiet pool with washrooms, playground, green area where you can walk. If you are staying here, you might need a car to be able to move as it is around 15min from the beach, and there is a sweage smeel outside.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
next to sewage drain -smells horrible, flies outside everywhere, insects biting me in bed, could be spiders or bed bugs, rats crawling and gnawing inside of walls, unsanitary area - smells of drainage waste all the time inside and outside. i would never stay here again
