"The staff was excellent. Every one of the staff we interacted with were really great. The internet was ok. The gaps in between the tiles in our room were lumpy concrete. No closet or true hanging space at all. Room was looking over trash. No view of anything decent. No decent lighting in our room. Really odd boutique style to halls and room, that just didn't work. The shower in our room had mildew and drained way too slow. The outside space (pool/jacuzzi) was super small but beautiful. "

"Pools were nice and open until 10. Jacuzzi had vegetation possibly from the wind but still off putting. Would have been nice to have staff to clean with a net a few more times day/night. Temperature of jacuzzi was great. Beach was beautiful but only swam in this beach once. The real better beach is Dorado Beach (amazing beach) about 12 min walk from hotel. Loved breakfast! Great location. Would stay here again! "

"This is a great property. Not too far from old San Juan! The front desk was very helpful and nice! The outside bar is awesome! Just an all around great property! Beans and rice were awesome! "

"Big balconies with sea views and you can hear the waves in bed. Could use a gym and some beach umbrellas but otherwise a great hotel, right on the beach, walkable to town to other beach front restaurants. Beach was clean. Rooms were big. Recommend"
