Horrible experience over a clogged toilet.

They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only. Well the bad experience came about when we checked out and all of a sudden, the surprise visit from hotel staff that we MUST pay for a clogged toilet or they will charge my credit card. Spoke to another German lady and as they put her to speak to me. She thought i was her staff, she tells me in Spanish: charge their credit card! I said: ma'am your speaking to your guest, things aren't done this way and for $10 American dollars your losing 7 American tourist. Shame on them.

Such a beautiful hotel, but boring, no activities.

Hotel beautiful, you own your own, no activities, no service non what so ever, pay your own foods but restaurant is good, after 6.00pm just like all ghost town. Over price just to sleep.
