Beachfront Home: Only steps from the water. 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. Villa #18 is a favorite spot for casual vacations and special occasions. Professionally decorated with Tuscan feel. Two ocean facing master bedrooms with king beds, 1 king guest room, a bedroom with 1 queen & 1 /twin/twin bunk bed and a separate casita with a queen bed.

Stunning direct beach views from the great room, expansive patio and upper sun deck. Soak in the private beachfront jacuzzi and grill on the outdoor BBQ. Private fire pit directly in front of the grass facing the ocean (buy wood on your way into town).

Three local Golf Courses, Jet skiing, kayaking, eco-tours and horse riding nearby.

Absolutely no pets - no exceptions! Do not proceed to book if you cannot meet this requirement.

Responsible adult must be over the age of 25. No exceptions. Ages verified by ID at check in.

12 of us stayed at the villa for my 50th birthday celebration. Everything about it was amazing! There is so much to do in Rocky Point but we didn't want to leave the villa because it was so beautiful. Being right on the beach was incredible, and the view was spectacular! We spent a ton of time in the hot tub, and enjoyed the fire pit at night. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen & pantry were fully stocked with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable. Neal was awesome! He is quick to respond and so helpful! I can't say enough good things about him or the villa. Highly recommend it to anyone, and can't wait to come back! Thank you for an amazing birthday weekend!

This place was beautiful and amazing right on the beach perfect amount of space very clean & owner was very pleasant to talk to he was next door in his other villa and came over to help with some stuff we didn’t know how to work in the house. I would definitely rent it again.

Eight adults, one teenager, three generations, all quite happy with a beautiful clean space, and matchless views! As described, quite lovely! Easy access to town. Quick response from owner when we had two needs … for either information or more propane for the grill. We would not hesitate to rent this little slice of paradise again.

We traveled to Puerto Penasco for our wedding and had the most incredible experience. Owner, Neal was the most accommodating host. Great communication and extremely helpful. The location was perfect. The house was beautiful and well equipped. We really enjoyed our long weekend here.

Neal’s place is a great place to stay w a large group. Everything was spotless and the place had a well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, kayak etc. The patio is right on the beach. Just an all-round great Rocky Point vacation home. Neal was very easy to deal with and responded promptly to all Qs. Highly recommend.

The beach house is perfectly located and beautiful. There were ten of us and there was plenty of room. We had a few small maintenance issues while we were there and the owners were extremely quick to address them; someone was there within minutes. The resort is gorgeous and the service was phenomenal. We definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit!

What an amazing Spring Break we just spent at your beautiful home. The house was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The ocean was a few steps from the house. We were traveling with three families and we were all comfortable and had plenty of privacy. There was lots of extras like the beach toys. The group is already planning a return trip.

Bella Sirena Resort is beautiful with bar, swim-up bar, small menu food, heated pool & gorgeous meticulously kept resort. The house is beachfront, with everything you need including kayaks (4Fun!), huge patio, rooftop & stunning scenery!!! This place doesn’t disappoint!!! It was a seamless process & SueAnn made everything so easy!!! Best place to Vaca/Getaway in Sandy Beach. I frequent this resort several times a year & staying in this Beachfront property takes the cake!! Thanks for sharing your home SueAnn!

We travel to Rocky Point several times a year and this was our first time staying in Bella Sirena. The home is just BEAUTIFUL and you can't beat the location. Each day we stepped right outside onto our piece of beach heaven. We were even lucky enough to swim near the schools of dolphins swimming by! At night we enjoyed the sound of the surf from the patio and relaxed in the jacuzzi. The owners are so helpful and friendly, as is the entire staff at the resort area. The staff at Azul good great care of us and the kids loved the pool area as well. We hope to return again to make more wonderful memories!
