- This is a one of a kind home in Cholla Bay with unobstructed Ocean Views only a walk across the road to the water! 2 Story Home w/ 5 Beds/4 Baths. High Ceilings, custom Woodwork throughout and has a very large Gourmet Kitchen that can handle large groups of cooks & people. The Great room area is designed for entertaining large groups of people, family and friends! The rooftop has 900 sq. ft. of patio covered w/ a palapa, bar area, refrig. BBQ and plenty of room for dancing and a Band!
