    Relax with your favorite beverage while taking in the breathtaking ocean views from Bella Sirena 302C’s oversized private balcony. Located in the resort’s desirable center C Tower, this condo faces straight toward the ocean, with an open outlook across the pools, palm trees, and lush tropical grounds to the Sea of Cortez.

    Both bedrooms and the living room offer ocean views and direct balcony access. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, everyone can enjoy an ocean-view bedroom and step outside to catch the ocean breeze.

    The balcony welcomes shade during the summer months and warm sunshine during winter. After dark, the illuminated pools and tropical landscaping create a beautiful setting for relaxing or sharing a meal outside.

    With two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, 302C sleeps up to six guests.

    OCEAN-FACING BEDROOMS & ROOM TO RELAX

    302C’s spacious center-tower layout gives you room to settle in and feel at home. Both bedrooms feature comfortable pillows, crisp white bedding, smart TVs, and sliding glass doors opening directly onto the balcony. The guest bedroom has also been updated with new furniture.

    The living room features a 75-inch TV and leather sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa with a deluxe memory foam mattress.

    Traveling with little ones? A Pack ’n Play is available for guests to use.

    WELL-STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING

    Prepare breakfast before the beach, lunch between pool visits, or dinner to enjoy together. The fully stocked kitchen features high-end appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a standard drip coffee brewer.

    A reverse-osmosis drinking water system provides filtered water, and the refrigerator’s ice maker uses the same filtered supply.

    Enjoy your meal indoors or take it outside to the spacious balcony, where ocean views make dining in part of the vacation.

Will and Kristin have an amazing place. I believe the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice because it is beautiful. The check in process was super smooth (maybe 2-3 minutes), the bed and pillow were very comfortable, the accessories they have in their kitchen are top notch, and they were extremely responsive to messages. Thank you for your tips and advice for first time visitors to Puerto Peñasco and are looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at Will and Kristen’s condo in Bella Sirena, Rocky Point! The unit was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bella Sirena in Puerto Peñasco! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning—the landscaping is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, swaying palms, and pristine pools that create a true resort-like atmosphere.The condo was spotless and incredibly well cared for. You can tell a lot of attention goes into cleanliness, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed (and more), from kitchen essentials to extra linens—making our stay feel effortless and convenient.Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the owner was fantastic to work with. The best place to stay on Sandy Beach !!!!!!!

We’ve been coming to Rocky Point for years. Our recent stay at Bella Sirena 302C was one of our best experiences yet. We felt right at home from the moment we entered the condo. The hosts, Will and Kristin have thought of everything. The condo is beautifully decorated in peaceful coastal colors and decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of extras like a keurig coffee maker, RO water and filtered ice. They have all your cooking essentials and a nice variety of cocktail glasses. We enjoyed our morning coffee each day on the huge balcony with an incredible straight on view of the ocean. We walked the short walk to the beach (love that they provided beach chairs) and stopped by the Swim restaurant. The live music was a nice touch! We have found our new favorite place to stay. Thank you Will and Kristin!

One of the best places we have stayed. Beautiful place with the views this condo offers. Before we got to the place our guess we’re on communication and everything went smooth. The place inside had everything you need. And one of the best things for us the beds were comfortable. I will recommend this place to stay and the host are super friendly. Our next stay will be definitely on this unit.
