Stunning 2 Bedroom 2 Bath With Bonus Bunk Bed Room

The moment you open the door of this incredible refurnished 1600 sq ft. condo (including 400 sq ft. deck) with top of the line furniture, electronics, and decor, you will congratulate yourself for choosing Cortez 1206. This beautiful condo is situated on the 12th floor in PHASE TWO(most desired) overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.
Our modern beach condo has been decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We visit often so not only is it well maintained, it is constantly updated. The fully equipt spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cookware, GE appliances with ice maker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa like bathrooms (two) have floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower plus a large relaxing soaking tub.

The master bedroom has a 32 inch LCD smart TV with Blu ray DVD player, and beautiful ocean views. The guest bedroom has a 32 inch LCD TV. The master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with beautiful new furnishings and the guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen pillowtop mattress with beautiful new furnishings as well.
The bonus room has a bunk bed and is perfect for extra guests.

The great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture, (full size sofa sleeper) 55 inch LCD smart TV with US channels and BLU Ray DVD player and free WiFi. The dining room has a beautiful hardwood table with seating for 8 to enjoy that special gourmet meal.
The patio is nicely decorated with high end patio furniture with seating for 10 and has incredible views of the beach, ocean, and resort pools.

The courtyard area right below Cortez 1206 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady ramadas. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.

As always this is a NON-SMOKING condo NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palamas rental pool. You will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free daily maid service, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. You can be assured that the quality of Cortez 1206 has met and exceeds all Las Palomas standards.

Rocky Point Stay

Everything at our stay was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again. The only reason for less stars was because we checked in early to get our names in and it took forever. We had to come back at 4 (no exceptions) to get our room keys. We were hoping for an email to tell us the room was ready early but not this time. Having a code to enter our rooms is much more convenient with kids as well but we had key cards this time.

The Las Palomas property is beautiful! The pools, grounds and common areas were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was amazing and we loved our morning walks. Our unit (2 bedroom) was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be returning.

The property was very clean and look exactly like the pictures. I did message the host with no response, but to be honest, Las Palomas staff are amazing and can help you with anything you need. I will be coming back for sure.

This condo was perfect. Very beautiful and clean on the inside. Beds were comfortable. Also the view from the balcony was the best. We could see the beach and the pools. This is definitely a must rent condo. Don’t question it just book it. Also the owners were very responsive and very helpful and friendly.

Loved the place! Great location, clean, comfortable and such an amazing View! The place had everything you think you’d need and more. The seating on the patio was nice to relax on and enjoy the mornings. Beautiful set up! The only issue was one of the sliding Glass doors is very hard to open and close , thankfully there are two more to use :)

Extremely comfortable condo!

This is one of the nicest condos I've ever had at Las Palomas. Super stocked kitchen, amazing balcony views with lots of comfy outdoor seating, master BR mattress was to die for. Very classy decor and everything in great condition. Owners are extremely responsive. This goes down as an all-time favorite!
