Appeared to be new rental...
I have stayed at several units in this resort, and I love the resort. That said, this one is perfectly fine. However, it seemed to be a new rental and I have a few suggestions. Make an info sheet. Give guests the WiFi code and password. We figured it out, but you shouldn't have to. If you're going to turn the water heater off - Tell People. I've never encountered that in another unit and it was the 3rd day before we figured that out and showers matter. The place could use a few very inexpensive things to make stays a little more comfortable. Dish towels, paper towels, tissues. Other than that, view is lovely and we relaxed completely.

Good stay at Sonoran Sun
Overall a great place to stay for the family. The staff was all great and had a more family friendly experience compared to other resorts nearby. The condo was clean and spacious enough for the 5 of us. My only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom was AWFUL. The bed is soft to begin with but had huge body indentations as well. When I couldn't sleep in the crater on the bed, I tried the couch which was even worse. The beds in the other room were great! Otherwise,we had a great stay!

Summer vacation
I have never been to Rocky Point. I have always been worried about going. After this trip we will definitely be back. The resort was absolutely beautiful, and very welcoming. Couldn’t ask for better security at the resort. I felt safer there then I do in the states.
