Beautiful house inside a private complex of 4 houses. Surrounded by a relaxing, quiet and family atmosphere just a few minutes from downtown Puerto Penasco. Two story house with 3 rooms and 1 private parking. Villa Relax 2 has all the services to spend incredible days. Within the complex you will find a pool, terrace area and a grill where you can make your meetings with family and friends. It has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and dining room and beautiful spaces. Master room with King Size bed, 2nd room with Queen and 3th room with 1 Bunk Bed (2 individual beds and a double bed). Villa Relax 2 has an excellent location, the time by car to the points of interest are: 1 minute to the beach, 3 minutes to bars, restaurants, cinema and convenience stores, 8 minutes to the supermarket; You will find all services nearby. When you vacation at Villa Relax 2 you get the amazing service of Kivoya, a professional vacation rental business and you will be greeted on site by a bilingual, professional home manager that will be there to help you with anything you need be it daily cleaning, chef, restaurant suggestions or the like.
