  • This one bedroom Sonoran Sun condo offers a spectacular ocean view and is located on the best beach in Rocky Point. Relax in comfort while gazing over the blue-green Sea of Cortez from your 7th floor balcony.

    This condo offers 734 square feet of living space and your own 178 square foot balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a mid-day snack or full meal. This one bedroom condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably and is a favorite among returning guests.

    When not enjoying the view from the condo, spend time relaxing in one of three pools, the hot tub or dining at the onsite restaurant. Condo is conveniently located within one mile of several nightclubs and restaurants.
