Paradise awaits you in our family beach condo. Sip your coffee in the mornings on the balcony and margaritas into the afternoon and evening. (No one will judge you if margaritas are also your drink of choice in the morning. You're on vacation!)We love the Princesa so much that we just purchased this condo. We recently finished upgrading it and giving it a fresh feel! Check out my other reviews to gain piece of mind that we strive to offer the best guest experience possible.

You can expect to arrive to a fresh, clean, modern, and well kept condo. With 3 Roku smart TVs throughout. King beds in BOTH bedrooms (and two roll away beds/cots). Fresh white sanitized and laundered linens. Upgraded stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Charging devices to keep you connected. And whisper quiet LED Hunter ceiling fans for a relaxing nights sleep.

Princesa has 3 swimming pools and a hot tub. You must be 14 or older to use the hot tub. One of the pools is heated in the winter months.Enjoy community BBQ grills throughout the resort.There is secured resort parking. Your trailered toys are welcomed! But please inquire before booking as there are length limits based on the parking spot size.

Princesa is located on Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach is the main area of where the resort communities are located.

A personal vehicle is highly recommended. If are renting a vehicle from the United States, don't forget to the check with the rental car company to ensure they allow this.Once at the resort, there are enough activities that you may never want to leave the resort!Taxi cabs are available if you would like to take them into town. Resort security is happy to help you in hailing one to the resort.

We are located on the 3rd floor, in the D building.

This Puerto Penasco vacation was a dream!! Kim was lovely, prompt, and proactive. We had no issues at all. The property was right on the water, beach, jacuzzi, delightful resort staff, kind condo owners, beautiful property— the list goes on. We booked 4 nights at La Princesa condos and we were very impressed with our selection. The two bedroom condo was immaculate and we had a great view of the Sea of Cortez. An easy 3 minute walk puts you on the beach. Plenty of sunshine and great weather made it an unforgettable time for our family. We won’t hesitate to use these same accommodations in the future!

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this condo. Spacious, used one of the extra cots, fun playing aracades & a great view. Appreciated the amenities the condo had to offer such as coffee grounds, laundry pods, beach chairs & sand toys, just to name a few. Princesa offers great amenities with an on-site restaurant & mini-store. The distance to the beach from the resort is really close. Definitely will consider staying here again. Owner is very responsive & gave details prior to arriving that were very helpful as it has been over five years since we have been at Puerto Penasco.
