Sonoran Sky Resort 402 Scenic & Spacious Adorable Ocean Front Condo

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located inside the beautiful Sonoran Sky Resort. The Sonoran Sky resort is one of the newest luxury resorts on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. Sonoran Sky has a full-service spa, aqua bar, state of the art fitness center, water slide, beachfront swimming pools, Jacuzzi and a convenience store.

This beautiful unit is located on the 4th floor of the resort and it can accommodate up to 6 guests. When you first walk through the door you will feel the class and elegance of the grand entry with a tiled ceiling soffit and hanging chandelier. As you get to the end of the hallway you will land in the living room where the room has been furnished with a large burnt orange sectional sofa. There is a complimenting geometric shaped rug, leather ottoman plants, massive mirror, and a huge plasma TV mounted on the wall across from the sofa. Part of the sofa pulls out to a bed for two of the guests. One wall of the unit has sliding glass doors that collapse into one another making a complete opening to the terrace. The condo has many decorative niches and art accents throughout. The dining table is black with high top chairs that can seat 8 people. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a built-in wet bar with bar stools and a wine chiller. This kitchen is fit for an Iron Chef! You bring the food and the rest of the tools are right here! The master bedroom has a beautiful black framed king size bed with a striped earth tone bedding set. The room has a matching dresser and bedside tables. There are a TV and DVD player mounted on the wall in front of the bed. You have access to the terrace through the sliding glass doors off the master bedroom. You can store your clothes in the dresser or hang them in the closet with mirrored doors. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bathtub, a separate shower, and a double sink vanity. The 2nd guest suite has a lighter wood suite of furniture which includes a king-size bed with beige bedding, dresser, bedside table, and a TV. This bedroom has its own private attached bathroom with a separate tub, shower and double sink vanity. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed with a floral comforter and matching furniture. There are a mirrored closet, dresser and a window with a view of the ocean. There are a TV and a DVD player on top of the dresser. The hall bathroom and single sink vanity, commode and a walk-in shower made of glass block. The lovely terrace has been furnished with a dining table set to seat 6. This would be the perfect spot to dine and watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. This condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. This is truly paradise!
