Beautiful location, could use some TLC and description update.

The property itself is amazing, we have stayed here a few times. This was our first experience with CasaGo. A few things we experienced: -No 3rd bathroom: we booked this room specifically because there were 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms (6 adults). Upon check-in, we only found 2 bathrooms. Contacted CasaGo through VRBO to ask about the 3rd bathroom. Was told the property had 3 bathrooms. Messaged back that we were unable to find the 3rd bathroom......received the following message: "I apologize for the misunderstanding, the until has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms." We were never offered a partial refund which would have been nice. -No pool towels -Lack of kitchen linens -2nd bathroom shower head did not provide adequate water supply -2nd bathroom door did not latch -Exterior Security door (front screen door) did not latch -Long delay in getting water (we called in the morning, we again called in the afternoon and they instructed us to bring the empty container, finally we called again early evening and they brought us a full container) -No baking sheets or storage containers -Limited supply of kitchen utensils -Bedroom windows opened up all the way and didn’t lock -Back slider door stuck -No instructions for TVs or channel listings

We didn’t have any problems renting the property and it was very spacious. There could be some cards and board games . The mattress in the first bedroom could be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent the unit again

Lovely property

I often rent from this property. Both two and three bedroom properties. This VRBO is managed by Casago. Sometimes they are privately owned. I find that when it is privately rented, they are more responsive and personalized, often w a letter stating what to bring to maximize your stay. The beds were comfortable and the decor nice. The 2nd bathroom did not latch. The write up was also confusing as it said the property was three bed, 3 baths in some areas of the write up and 2 baths in other areas. That makes a difference w older and handicapped. The resort was very mellow considering it was week of the Rally. Really nice and enjoyable. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Very nice pantry.
