The condo was amazing, nothing but perfection. The hospitality of the property staff is above and beyond. Plenty of security always willing to assist with any questions you might have. Food and drinks at the pool side bistro... amazing! Property owners are responsive, and you notice the difference. I will definitely come back. Recommend 5/5

Great get away

Wonderful size we had 7 women all had no problem getting ready and showers no one was waiting around for a bathroom. The view of the ocean and the resort from our balcony was breath taking. Absolutely loved our stay. We will be back for sure.

Amazing Penthouse!

This place was so nice and had so much room! The balcony view was amazing and it was so close to the walk up pool and only a short walk to the beach! I would highly recommend!

The Penthouse view is amazing but the unit needs some maintenance work and sprucing up. The pools and pool bar/restaurant staff are great.

This is place is great! Very spacious, amazing views. We have been to RP over 20 times and this place is among the tops. Reason for only 4 stars was the broken hottub on the patio, which made the kids disappointed, assuming that is fixed all would be great.

Memorial Day

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend!! Space was huge and perfect for our two families- 4 adults + 4 kids. View and patio is incredible!! Sandy Beach is a great location for families and fun! Bella Sirena has very much of a resort feel with a swim up bar, outdoor/pool restaurant, live local music, and beautiful green belt areas. I had a few questions before we traveled there and Millie was super responsive and helpful. The Mexico manager (I can’t recall his name!!) was so nice to let us in a couple hours early as we arrived earlier than check-in. We would definitely rent this place for our families again!

Renovation

I'm sure that was quite the place at one time, however some caulk and paint would go along way expensively to bring life back to that place. It is big however it is cluttered. Some stuff is broke and needs removed, it just appears cluttered. Some stuff that I read in past reviews still not addressed, the stove is broke and is being proped up on a pertaining block of wood which my wife kicked and properly broke her toe. Long story that place is to nice not to have a proper stove and they way uts mounted just looks bad, there is a 2 inch gap in the back and stove leans badly to wood side. I was glad I had my own hot plates and crock pots to lessen my need of stove. Advertised as 3 queen beds, not the case one queen and one full and 2 twins, instead of 2 fulls the write up sounds amazing first impressions something to be desired. I also had two other condos during our stay I expected mine to be the best. It wasn't there are some nicely renovated and iplept places there. I wish the penthouse was one if them. The view was unmatched and naps on balcony listening to the ocean was priceless. However the rest was a bit of a letdown. Thanks JaQuauen

Great place but maintenance needed

So this place is pretty nice but nothing works. List of things that don’t work. -Master Bedroom A/C (we had to open the door to the living room at night to get air) - Master Shower no hot water - Master Bedroom Fan - Master Bedroom Slider Door - Master Bedroom TV wouldn’t turn on (light was on but remote did nothing) - Fireplace in Master Bedroom ( think it was just fake) - Surround Sound in Living Room (all there no wires) - Fireplace in Living Room ( think it was just fake) - lights in the main part of the Balcony - Missing Light Fixtures on the balcony or ceiling fan since there wasn’t one. - Washer washed clothes but they came out smelling so bad! We thought we did something wrong and yeah something really bad smelling came from there. - WiFi was very spotty only really worked in the living room. I’ve stayed at other places at Bella Sirena same building higher floor and had WiFi at the pool. We spend a lot of money to have a nice getaway and they promote all the luxuries of picking their place and Nothing works. It was kind of a let down. When you stay in a “Penthouse” you expect everything to be top-notch and functioning and not all broken.

Beautiful, Spacious 9th Floor Condo, Perfect vaction spot. Amazing Views

The Good: This condo is beautiful. Basically two master suites with HUGE showers and tubs, and an additional bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. The whole unit was very clean and upscale. The kitchen wonderful and fully equipped to cook. Freezer was stocked with ice and ready to party. There is an ice maker that was broken as I read in other reviews but no big deal. The living area has a cool domed ceiling and an electric fireplace that was nice in the mornings. The patio had sliding glass doors from every room. It was very nice to sit out side and the views were amazing. We had so much fun, we would come back again in a minute. There were also beach chairs and items for use which was very nice. WIFI is excellent too as well as Direct TV. Check in was a breeze, just went to the gate, got our wristbands and went up to the unit. The parking was very close to the elevator which made unloading easier. The Not so Good: Not really much. The main disappointment to us was that it was advertised as the Penthouse. There is actually a Penthouse above with PH on the elevator buttons. Don't get me wrong, the condo is beautiful but it is not truly the Penthouse..... The hot tub on the patio was wired so that it could only be turned on for an hour at time and we could not wait around for it to heat up to keep resetting the timer. The main pool with the swim up bar was under closed and under construction (not the fault of the owners) But there were other pools and heated ones too! Overall would definitely recommend staying at this place. The whole complex is very nice and well kept. Felt very safe. Great location to go to Bandidtos bar/ restaurant, Wrecked at the Reef and also easy drive to Cholla Bay and JJ's. We also enjoyed the Lighthose restaurant in town for dinner and had fun at the Fish Market. WE have been going to Rocky Point for 20 years and this was one of our best experiences. The owner was really easy to communicate with and replied very quickly. They sent full, detailed instructions to make it easy. We travel a lot but this was our First VRBO and we had an excellent experience, we did not want to leave!!!

Bella Serena Stay

first impression walking in was beautiful and gorgeous, that view from all 3 rooms are perfect! upon further inspection there are some issues that may have turned us to a different rental if we new ahead of time, all 3 tvs in the bedrooms did not work, in one of the master bathrooms, the hooks for towels were coming out of the wall, just hanging there, lots of paint issues...looks like work was done quickly, and not finished in some areas, but beautiful furniture was eye catching at first...then you start to see all the little details...the stove yes, did lean to the right quite a bit and was 2 inches away from the wall...lots of pots and pans and utensils, serving dishes and such, that was a great addition! None of the lights were working out on the porch which was a bummer because we like to play cards out there and listen to the ocean. cleanliness was pretty good, we were told we could check in at 230 at the front gate, that everything was ready and then upon entering the room there was a housekeeper and then a man who stood there and watched her speedily clean the rooms and patio.....we stayed out on the patio until she was done. No problems there but that gentleman who was just watching her could have pulled out a tool and gone to work on some of those maintenance issues earlier stated. all in all Bella Serena is a beautiful place and this is our 4th time there and we will be back but in a different unit.

Nice Resort

The grounds are fantastic, we always have a good time here. There are many things that need to be addressed with the unit and hopefully they will get taken care of. We still had a good time.
