Lots of accommodations in the units. Everyone getting their own bedroom and bathroom is so nice. To no fault of the owners, the view to the ocean is a little blocked by the building in front

Beautiful Penthouse

The penthouse was spacious and clean! It had wonderful views of the beach! You can see the beautiful sunset and sunrise from the big balcony. I wouldn't hesitate from staying here again!!

Great Space for a Group

We had a fabulous stay! The apartment lay-out was great, plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 5 teens. The property was quiet and fully functional, the pools and hot tubs were all heated. Kids had a blast at the waterslides. The beach is beautiful and easy to access with a quick walk. The apartment was well-appointed, with everything we needed for our stay, including a kitchen that made it easy to cook meals. Especially enjoyed the electric grill on the patio - what a great addition! Will definitely book one of Rocky Point Tom's rentals again. Thanks!

Big group of friends loved this property

We stayed with a group of 4 couples and we were all so impressed with this listing. The big king beds and a bathroom for each couple was so nice. The layout was great and such a good size for our group. We loved the big patio and it was so nice to come back and play games at night and eat meals on. Definitely will be booking here again.
