This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse comfortably sleeps 10 guests in beds, making it perfect for families or groups looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy their time together. With privacy, comfort, and plenty of room for everyone, it’s a rare find among 3-bedroom rentals at Bella Sirena.

The two-story penthouse offers 2,400 sq. ft. of bright, open living space and two large balconies. The upper terrace features a private hot tub and BBQ gas grill, perfect for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying ocean and resort views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, kitchen essentials (including a standard drip coffee maker), an island bar with seating for three, and a dining table for six — ideal for family meals or casual gatherings.

The family room is bright and inviting, with a large sectional sofa-sleeper (extra bed linens provided), a Smart TV, and access to a private balcony with outdoor seating and ocean views.

The master suite features a king-size bed, additional sleeping accommodations for children with a Murphy bed and twin-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with double vanity, separate tub, and shower. Step out to the upper terrace to enjoy the private hot tub and ocean views.

Family Trip

Decided to do a last minute trip to celebrate my birthday with family for the weekend and couldn't have chose a better place to stay and that can accommodate everyone in my group. Location was perfect as long as you are okay with using the elevator which we didn't mind at all. Only down side was we didn't get the chance to use hot tub due to it not turning on and shower on main floor would keep clogging up. Hope hot tub gets fixed or we'll probably have to find another location big enough for my family since we do plan on having more trips.

Quick trip

I didn’t see updated reviews for this place but we had 9 people so grabbed it. I won’t be there again. For space it is awesome but it is very dated and we had some issues. The air conditioning upstairs was very weak and it was hot out so sleeping in that area was uncomfortable even with the air cranked low. There are no fans besides the ceiling ones which would have helped. Also the fridge does not have ice or water and the water in the cooler was warm. For a quick trip with a big group it’s a good size at a beautiful place but we won’t use it again.

Family Bday Weekend

This property is very large and slept 7 of us easy! Great gathering places inside and out. It had everything we needed! We would recommend it! It sits towards the back of the resort but easy access to pools, eating area and the beach!

Best trip ever!

The condo was just as described but much larger than we all expected. It's an end unit so we didn't have any neighbors on 1 side. The 2 balconies were a great size and big enough for our group of 8. Great location and right across from the main swimming pool. They had a really good band so we were able to sit outside in the private jacuzzi and listen to the music when we weren't at the pool. This was a first trip to Puerto Penasco and Mexico in general for most of our group and everyone loved it. We will definitely be back

Amazing rental

Space was exactly what we needed. Perfect amount of patio furniture for family to hang out together, kitchen large enough to cook in, well stocked. Forgot coffee, had multiple boxes in room which was a nice surprise.

Fantastic penthouse!

This place was off-the-hook cool. We love Bella Sirena already, but this place with our party of 10 (ages 6 to 76) was fantastic. The only observations we would make is that there was hardly enough cutlery, pots/pans, no tea kettle and no whisk/egg-beater. The controls on the hot tub also did not seem to work and we were unable to use it for our three night stay. Those items aside, it was fantastic. Wi-Fi was very good too. Andy W--Tucson.

Great condo!! Lots of room for everyone! Took 8 adults and had plenty of room. Only negative was hot tube needs cleaning, more forks needed! But other than that everything was perfect!!!

Very nice Condo the owner was very responsive. Had a great time. Sleep was a little tough due to Banditos bar having concerts every night but we survived. Other than that I would stay here again in the future
