"This is a very beautiful property. The pool, lake and grounds are very nice. Our room was an expansive suite that was fairly priced. Only issues were th limited menu at th bar and pool (though the burger was excellent) and dearth of Us style plugs or USB ports. "

"All was wonderful. Our beautiful room was down a long flight of stairs. Fortunately, they assisted with our bags. We are in our late 70’s and would never been able to do it ourselves. "

"Room well worn in need of refit. Very noisy on a Main Street with dogs barking, traffic, construction morning to night and music well into the night. Would be greatly improved with sound proofing patio door. Pool excellent, breakfast very good front desk helpful but 10am checkout when most flights are later afternoon a problem. "

"Do not stay at this hotel if you do not want to get I’ll after breakfast. After leaving hotel 30 mins later I went all black on my way to bus terminal and ended up on floor. The police came together with an ambulance. Really Ill food was cause. Be very careful. "

"Pros: Clean room, nice pool area, comfy beds. Cons: Room in different building than main lobby, restaurants and pool. Food - not good quality, tough cuts of steak, dry pastries. Staff - not trained well. Restaurant staff not attuned to guests. Long wait time to be helped, frequently “forgot” to bring items asked for after asking several times. Staff could not answer questions accurately. Perks- We had a 20% discount on food through Expedia. We were unable to take advantage of this discount due to incorrect instructions by 2 different staff members. The mgr would not accommodate us at the end of the stay for their inaccurate information. Very unprofessional. They require food to be charged to the room to receive the 20% discount BUT they charge an extra 20% to charge it to your room. Which, as you can see, cancels out the discount. We were not given the discount on the meal since we paid cash. Location- although unique and pretty hotel it is far away from town. If you need anything unexpectedly (medicine, toiletries) they do not have a gift or convenience shop. You must take a taxi to town (14,000 ARS both ways). I would choose to stay elsewhere next time."
