Petit hôtel très sympathique où nous avons très bien été reçu par le personnel. L’environnement est très agréable dans notre petit bungalow. Bien entendu des rénovations devraient s’imposer petit à petit mais ça ne pose aucun inconvénient pour le moment. Par contre le restaurant pourrait améliorer la préparation des plats proposés.

J'y retournerai!

Hôtel à distance de marche du site des trois frontières, peu de choix de restaurant dans les environs mais le restaurant et le bar de l'hôtel offrent des prix très raisonnables considérant qu'ils sont dans l'hôtel. Beau site, grande piscine, petit déjeuner complet, personnel sympathique. Comme nous étions un des hôtels les plus au nord, nous étions souvent parmi les premières personnes récupérées le matin pour les excursions et comme le petit déjeuner commence à 7h, cela laisse peu de temps pour manger...10-15 min généralement!

Esta muy bonito le falta un poquito de mantenimiento y algunos detalles como las toallas viejas pero es muy bueno en general la cama super cómoda, buena ubicación y buena atención del personal sin duda lo recomiendo.

Just around the corner from 3 Border point, walking distance to all the restaurants. Mostly catering for local visitors, not commercial chain. Yes, the lodges could do with a bit of an upgrade, but that's the flavours you get with it. Excellent for families wanting space and independence.

My wife and I stayed one night at Pirayu and we were very happy with our decision to choose this relaxing and spacious hotel. The staff kindly welcomed us and even showed us to our room. The rooms are clean, modern and feel luxurious with a big window separating the room from the bathroom. We did not use any of the amenities other than the lobby area which has ample seating, and the breakfast was sufficient with eggs, yogurt, fruit and breads. The only drawback is the weak Wifi in the rooms.

Muy cómodo. Buen desayuno. Buena atención y muy limpio. La pileta excelente. No me gustó el sector de juegos: poca luz, ventiladores de techo sin funcionar, mesa de ping pong en muy malas condiciones y paletas rotas. La cancha de paddle y tenis bien. Hay un tablero de basquet dentro de la cancha de tenis , lo que dificulta el juego simultaneo. Hay tambien un gimnasio chico basico.

El hotel bueno esta remodelado y cumplieron co n la limpieza, la piscina chica y basica aunque limpia el agua , el gym falta evidente de mantenimiento con poca inversion se podria mejorar mucho,cabe destacar que tiene restaurante algunos camareros buena predisposicion otros como silvia nos atendio pesimo un dia y al dia siguiente nego tomarnos el servicio, pregunto por el encargado y nunca aparecio , es una pena que teniendo una hernosa infraestructura y los platos tan buen logrados , contraten a una persona con ausencia del deseo de trabajar y que no haya ningun responsable a quien acudir.es un punto para mejorar y mucho......

Very nice complex, perfect for our stay

A very nice little complex, rooms were very clean and very big, including the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site is very good and also good value. WiFi worked in our room as well. It is slightly out of the town centre, but easily walkable. We walked to the bus station to get on the bus to the waterfalls with no problem.

Angenehmes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten zwischen einem neueren modernen und sehr großem Zimmer oder einem schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Häuschen mit Küche wählen. Das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 min fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus zu den Wasserfällen hält direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war lecker. Einzig der Pool ist renovierungsbedürftig und wirkt wenig einladend.

El hotel está exactamente igual como hace 12 años, hay olor a humedad, los baños son viejos, no cerrraba la puerta, el deposito de agua no andaba, en la cocina solo funcionaba un quemador de gas y había fuerte olor a gas cusndo la prendí, o sea ko pude cocinar, lo único bueno fue el desayuno, no lo recomiendo para nada

Large bedroom in the jungle

First thing of note was that we were persuaded that a room in the new block would be better than the older cabin we had booked. This was done at no extra charge and the room was fantastic. Large airy room. Breakfast was very good and staff pleasant. Room was cleaned immaculately.

Hermoso hotel y lugar, pasamos una hermosa semana en familia, lo único que tengo para criticar es que faltan sombrillas y mesas en la zona de puñetas, era difícil encontrar un lugar libre, mucha gente, el resto excelente.

Bom para famílias.

Local muito bom. Chalés antigos, mas com conservação razoável. Ar condicionado barulhento, mas funciona. Excelente café da manhã. O único ponto realmente negativo é que não tem portão na entrada e nem porteiro à noite. Sai e entrei de madrugada um dia e não vi ninguém.

Peor de lo esperado

El sector de cabañas es muy viejo, y no tiene mucho mantenimiento. La puerta del baño no cerraba, el ruido del aire acondicionado era insoportable, la señal de cable muy mala, y el control remoto de la tv no funcionaba. Muchas lamparitas no funcionaban tampoco. Los empleados eran muy amables, pero no pudieron solucionar nada de esto. El Wifi solamente funcionaba en algunos sectores.
