A lot Problems
Check in was a hassle. When we showed the confirmation, reception desk said they don’t use that platform (vrbo) . We were shocked and told us we had to take care of the problem. Vrbo took care of us thank goodness. We will always book thru vrbo, and still highly recommend. After that hassle we decided to check the place out! Both tv did not work. Only had one pot to cook with, 3 tiles broken in kitchen so were always moving and making popping sounds when walking on them. Only had one coffee cup. They gave us another cup, and I had to buy a frying pan. Then when we took a shower there was no water pressure, it trickled on you! Pool or grounds were not as clean as it should be. The girl who cleaned our room was exceptional, and the new reception girl who took over was very good. But a little too late! We never got an apology from the owner for the hassle we received at check in. Nobody from Ximajo came to us! I will not recommend and will not return Ximajo.
