Top floor: terrace with sun loungers and shower, space for drying clothes, and sea and town views. This two-story house has a central staircase providing access to all floors. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Nearby: playground, sea 300 meters away, "La Chica" beach a 15-minute walk. Lively neighborhood with shops and artisans. Safe and free street parking.
