Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus...

"Pros: We loved everything about this beautiful villa. Everything is included for the perfect week away, from kitchen utensils, basic food ingredients such as oils, through to beach towels parasols and more. The decor and furniture is all perfect - such a classic Mallorcan feel whilst being modern. The beds were really comfortable and we slept great, the showers were all very hot and powerful. "Property was good although quite basic (beds and showers mainly. Light bulbs missing in lounge floor lamps and bedside bulb in room 2 not working and switch dodgy). No really sharp knife in kitchen and no storage tin eg for biscuits etc. however we really enjoyed our stay"

"Such a beautiful house and property in a rural setting. Thoughtfully decorated inside and out, with birds and flowers in the garden. The kids were entertained playing outside, and the adults could relax. Host was attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay :)"

"Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity."

"We loved our stay at the villa, its a really nice place, very relaxing and a short distance from the beaches and mountains. The air conditioning in the bedrooms could be improved and there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, plus a few more essentials would have been nice to have. But overall a very pleasant experience, the communication was fantastic, questions answered usually within minutes. We would love to come back one day!"
