Finca Tatin is amazing!!!! Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!! Workers are beyond friendly and helpful, really became friends and family during my short time here. They offer many tours for good prices as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better location or a better hostel. The area was beautiful, and the hostel itself was decorated so beautifully with lots of hammocks everywhere. Best. Hostel. Ever!!

What a brilliant location, shame the 'honeymoon suite' didn't live up to expectations. Four beds in room, black mould in shower tray, yuck, generally poor condition. Don't get me wrong, eco fantastic but seen much better eco accommodation. Food was excellent, loved meeting people, kayaking, swimming etc and room did have an amazing balcony to watch river/jungle life. Stayed 2 nights & irritated could only pay by cash!!!! Lots young people struggling with this too! Policy hotel.com???

Al llegar, que fue toda una odisea porque el sitio esta muy mal comunicado nos explicaron que habian sobrevendido todo, nos ofrecieron quedarnos en tiendas de campaña cuando habiamos reservado 3 habitaciones.

Worse experience in Guatemala hotel

The worst experience ever, plan a family trip to Guatemala to spend few days in Livingstone and planning to stay at Finca Tatin the pictures show a beautiful place so we embarked on a trip took a boat to Finca Tatin, when we got there after 1hr in the boat taking in consideration it was later at night 8pm super dark the owner Gabriella said we can’t stay the application we used to book our stay doesn’t work to my surprise I have never had an issue booking hotels checking in and checking out. very dissatisfied with the way the owner handled our situation with kids. We got send to an other location Luis he is an employee he was very helpful try to accommodate our needs to my surprise the employee help in any way he could even feed my family and kids. The owner should learns from the employees.

Amabilidad, ecoturistico y muy buen servicio

Es un hotel dentro de la jungla, ecoturístico, con posibilidad de ver muchísima flora y fauna. Tuvimos oportunidad todos los días que nos hospedamos de ver tucanes. Aparte gran variedad de aves y patos de la región. El ambiente se siente muy agradable por estar rodeado de. Atúrdale a y el personal es súper amable. Desayunos muy buenos!

Lamentablemente en la pagina de internet no esta la información completa de los detalles del Hotel Tatín. Nunca llegamos ya que había que cruzar por el río, y resultaba más cara la travesía que el hospedaje. Deben tomar en cuenta cuando quien reserva es al igual que ellos novato en esto. Tenía muchas expectativas del hotel y lamento no haber aprovechado al máximo como lo había previsto. De igual manera así aprende uno para no caer tan fácilmente en lo que ponen solamente para llamar la atención.
