Lovely staff and the room was clean and spacious. Good to have a water bottle refill station too, to reduce plastic use. Small kitchen if you need it. Easy walk from the pier and to the Charles Darwin centre.

The hotel was average. Breakfast wasn’t great and it was very noisy all night long. The location is great & the staff was helpful. If you’re looking for a basic hotel this was great. Tips: to get to Santa Cruz take the airport bus($5), a water taxi to other side ($1) & bus to main road ($5). It’s cheaper than taking a private taxi & it takes the same amount of time. It leaves you off right on the main road & the hotel is 2 blocks away.

je ne peux pas évaluer car j'ai eu des problèmes de vols pour y arriver . Hôtel m'a facturé la nuité. Evidement je ne pouvais pas les avertir car mon vol est d'abord annulé et puis dérouter par 1 autre pays avant d'arriver le lendemain . En plus j'ai dû racheter 1 autre vol pour arriver au rendez-vous de ma croisière .

Al reservar el hotel con dos meses de anticipación me ofrecieron desayuno incluido, al llegar a registrarme me indicaron que mi reserva no incluía el desayuno, realice el reclamo a Expedia para que me solucionen el inconveniente pero lo que me dijeron es que me daban puntos en mi cuenta para un próximo viaje ya que no podían comunicarse con el hotel.

El hostal es bonito y agradable con una piscina y una recepcion bonita. El desayuno es abundante, bueno y cada dia diferente. El unico problema es el agua caliente, tienes que esperar 5 minutos desperdiciando agua para que salga caliente y a veces nunca llega a salir

The property was acceptable clean. But the the wifi service was only available in the lobby not in the rooms. It would have been great a small refrigerator and coffee maker in the rooms. A cup of coffee is expensive and very bad in this area. If you are a coffee drinker and like it with milk, this is very important. The pool is so tiny that it looks like a kiddie pool. If you travel in a budget and need a clean place this is the one for you.
