"The room had a lot of space and was very clean and put together with room service every morning. The air conditioning was a life saver after coming back after a long day out. Overall, a very nice hotel and perfectly located if you like to be in the centre of it all with a mix of all the history and local market near you with a vast variety of restaurants all within walking distance and many lively bars or clubs to enjoy during the night."

"Staff, especially Ramon, were fabulous! We returned to the restaurant twice, just because of the service Ramon provided. The property was very clean and nice. The only issue was that the hotel only had one functional elevator for most of our stay."

"Whilst the hotel is beautiful and in a great location it did not feel like a five star hotel at all. The food at breakfast was not a buffet it was a menu where you could order as much as you like. However, the quality just was not there, often being served ready made items. The menu also became very monotonous after a week. The room was also extremely dark during the day and the bathroom felt cramped with no where to hang a towel etc. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean but I wouldn’t return to this hotel."

"Stayed here with my son to attend the Valencia v Real Betis game. The hotel is a little gem. The location is great, just over the road from Serranos Towers and Valencia centre. The staff weee friendly and helpful at check in and the room itself was really clean and tidy. When I return to Valencia, I would stay here again."

"Overall its a very well located, very comfortable and stylish hotel. The room looks exactly as pictures, there is a safe in the room but no fridge storage, I didnt feel like I needed it but worth noting. The pool and terrace area were ok, pool is a bit small but it works, only thing was that the outdoor showers in the terrace did not work. I would definitely stay here again"
