Property was very nice. Very limited parking so had to park at their sister property next door.

New clean hotel with easy access from I-25. Would stay here again. The Riverwalk is a 5 minute walk. Lots of fun.

The facility was clean except the floors in the lobby area. Even after several hours there was mud and wetness still on the floors. The parking lot was not adequately plowed. Traveling with someone who was handicapped posed an issue because the sidewalk and parking lot contained ice and snow in typical walking areas. Lastly, we were 2 minutes late checking out and we received a call literally 1 minute past the checkout time.

After an unfortunate set of events i had to look for a hotel to stay at for a few days this towneplace suites looked to be the place for me after looking over eveything nothing was mentioned that they do no allow anyone local to stay there anywhere on the website and the check in age was said to be 18. After showing up there i promptly went to the front desk where i was told that the check in age is 21 and that they will not allow me to stay anyways since i was local they then said they would cancel the reservation and everything would be fine i wake up the next morning to find that i had been charged a noshow fee because they did not end up canceling the reservation i had them contacted and they said that they will not refund my money even though i was not even able to check in since the check in age was incorrect.

Brand new hotel in which rooms were so nice and clean. Studio room was very comfy…nice amenities such has big fridge, dishwasher etc

Wonderful stay!
We were in town for my son's wedding. We checked in late following the reception and the clerk checking us in was extremely friendly and had even done an upgrade for us to a King Suite! The room was beautiful

Great Hotel
Check in was easy, friendly staff and a beautiful hotel! The room was like an apartment and came fully stocked from dishes, to dish soap!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Not sure what happened in the system where I paid for a king suite and got to the hotel, was told it showed them 2 queens. I showed my receipt and the staff looked as puzzled as I was.

Hotel was new and had some issue with things being incomplete. Caulking in bathroom, rollers on shower door about ready to fall off, TV system was a mess. Directory did not list correctly the show that should have been on. Breakfast was ok but minimal. For the Marriott hotels that I have stayed at it was good, not great.

The parking was not convenient and consisted a long dangerous walk thru the rear parking to access the hotel. Front parking was small and shared by not just one but two hotels on the same property. I witnessed several homeless transient individuals walking the rear parking lot grounds thru out the day and encamped behind It.
