The facility was clean except the floors in the lobby area. Even after several hours there was mud and wetness still on the floors. The parking lot was not adequately plowed. Traveling with someone who was handicapped posed an issue because the sidewalk and parking lot contained ice and snow in typical walking areas. Lastly, we were 2 minutes late checking out and we received a call literally 1 minute past the checkout time.
