"The house is nicely furnished with everything a guest would need. It is extremely clean and so close to various activities including the Royal Gorge, rafting, etc. Highly recommend"

"We were pleasantly surprised to find that the cottage was located in a private, fenced in space. Parking in a lot was a perk, especially so close to downtown. The apartment itself was basic, with plenty of room. It was perfect for my dog. The owner was communicative, neighbors were quiet, and overall the property felt very safe. "

"The entire house was perfect for our family of 18. It was unanimous that the place was amazing, which included a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary items. Extra-large fridge. Windows (lighting) everywhere with great views. Great outside large tables for eating as a family. A few deer came into the yard for our viewing. Our host, Jamie, was very attentive throughout our stay."
