Se hubiera limpiado adecuadamente (había telarañas en los rincones y las ventanas estaban muy sucias, el olor a humedad era tremendo, especialmente en los dos dormitorios que dan al patio interior,etc).2. La inmobiliaria R2R lo hubiera gestionado correctamente: a) Nos mandó información errónea sobre la localización del apartamento en Felechosa con un enlace que lo situaba en medio de la montaña. "Absolutely enchanting!! This is run by a couple with their kids and nephew - the took ruins and transformed it into a beautiful retreat for tourists. The suite was gorgeous and spacious. Loved the contrast of the dark wood and the stone/bricks. We had views of the mountains and it was so peaceful. Breakfast was included with delicious coffee and variety of baked goods, jambon, and fruit. The family is well traveled and it was lovely sharing stories of our travels. The owner recommended an ice cream shop in the next town with homemade ice cream - which we did and it was incredible (try the hazelnut and blueberry)! What a wonderful stay!"

"It’s a really unusual and unique place with stunning views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has lovely food. We had a lovely suite with a large window seat. The drive up is quite difficult as we had a larger vehicle. It would be good to advise guests of this in advance and/or provide an option at the bottom of the village lanes for parking. All in all we had a very memorable stay."

"Good location for exploring the area and access to the rail link to Leon. Facilities are those appropriate to its star rating. My stay was on a Monday, the hotel rest day - check-in staff very helpful, but thereafter you are on your own. In contrast for normal full service days there is a welcoming bar/cafeteria and restaurant facilities."

"We had a lovely week in this apartment in Riaño. Check in was well communicated and went smoothly. Communication with the owner was always friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were able to park on one of the recommended streets each time we returned from a trip out... we were just a couple of minutes walk further away on the Saturday afternoon (in peak season)Just be aware there is no oven in the kitchen and just two cooking rings, but we managed fine and our daughter cooked us some great patatas bravas there. Two local shops have the basics, but worth a half hour drive to stock up once if you are preparing meals. We thoroughly enjoyed a range of activities on and around the reservoir with Ubuntu Aventuras. "
