Хороший отель:)самый центр,уровень 3 звезды

Ну что: изначально все хорошо. Маленький спа, но хлором не воняет и то хорошо. Чистый. Народа нет.одни по большей части до 18.00 были. Но это будни. Стандартный отель 3 звезды (явно не 4 тк нет выбора подушек например и две что есть уже надо выкинуть давно). Что не понравилось(индивидуально это конечно)- жесткая кровать. Матрас как на доске лежишь. Имейте в виду. Хорошо-завтрак. Лосось слабой соли каждый день:) и даже бульон куриный. 5 звезд:)если б соки свежевыжатые... Остальное-чисто . По скардинавски умеренно. Лишние "пальмы" повсюду в интерьере.

Общее впечатление хорошее. Портит впечатление микроклимат в номерах. На радиаторах установлены дешевые термостатические клапаны. Они плохо поддерживают температуру. После парковки, когда вышли из автомобиля с вещами, охранник попросил чуть далее переставить автомобиль, непонятно, что ему мешало сделать это сразу и не ждать когда клиенты пойдут с вещами на заселение.

Хорошее место, но есть над чем работать

Приехали на 2 часа раньше заселения- номер уже был готов и заселили без проблем! За что большое спасибо. Отель в хорошем состоянии, стандартные номера правда даже без чайника, может бар на этом и зарабатывает, но в 4* что-то такое на зимний сезон быть должно. Завтраки нормальные, вполне разнообразные, например был оливье и пирожки :) В СПА доступ только по предварительной записи, что очень хорошо, учитывая поток желающих. Один раз поели в ресторане отеля- и вот Вам вывод: рядом не так давно открылся ресторан, прямо под боком у отеля. Там меню интереснее, еда вкуснее и обслуживание лучше. Ну и чуть дешевле. В условиях такой конкуренции точно нужно «расти». Главный минус: в третий день все утро была только холодная вода, в причинах даже не разбирались, за пару часов до выезда было не до того. Но факт неприятный. Плюсы: расположение, наличие спа. Минусы: Общий уровень сервиса, персонал иногда в разговоре чуть бы не хамит. Не хватает «гостеприимства». В целом, учитывая небольшое разнообразие хороших отелей в Пскове, этот вариант размещения многим подойдёт

Проживали с семьей в течении 6 дней. Удобное месторасположение. Отзывчивый персонал: все просьбы восполнялись и всегда шли на встречу. Чисто. Аккуратно. Детская площадка в отеле, что большой плюс для нас. Немного приелись завтраки, но за неделю и неудивительно))

Прекрасный отель

Останавливаемся в отеле во второй раз. Все нравится. Номер комфортный, оснащен всем необходимым. Завтрак разнообразный и очень вкусный. Собственная удобная парковка. В этот раз удалось сходить в СПА. Бассейн к сожалению не работал, но функционировали парные. В следующий раз остановимся здесь, если будут свободные номера.

Останавливались семьёй на несколько дней. Хотела, чтобы понравилось в путешествии всё, начиная от отеля, заканчивая городом! Всё получилось! Спасибо всем работникам отеля. Девушки на ресепшн мгновенно заселили, и решали все вопросы незамедлительно! Горничным отдельное спасибо! Всё чисто и приятно!
