"Lovely hotel , staying in October outside of any school holidays, so hotel not too busy , plenty of sun loungers, attentive staff, place felt very clean, tidy and well maintained. The all inclusive was excellent, enjoyed working though the cocktail menu. Good dining options, the app was very useful - should promote that more, with QR codes etc.. in reception. Friendly reception, very helpful booking taxis. Few times we got taxi to Kos town, then walked back. All very flat - so easy walking. Booked excursion and went to Zia for sunset in the mountains, which was beautiful. Also managed to squeeze in boat ride to Bodrum, Turkey. Overall really impressed with Kos and would certainly come back and stay at the same hotel. Indoor adult pool in the spa was a hidden gem. If the outdoor pools were a few degrees warmer I’d have swam in them more, but the sea was a little warmer and beautiful, so clear.. happily swam in the sea everyday - hotel is in great spot to enjoy the sea. "Overall, it's a decent property, but let's begin with the obvious - this is absolutely not a five star property.
That's not to stay that this isn't a bad place. The appearance of the property is good with a great lobby, decorations, organization! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure that everyone has what they need.
The pool facilities and activities are great as well, with lots of options available to entertain the guests.
Dining options are plenty and the cleaning staff are amazing with ensuring the general dining area is cleaned and are friendly as well.
The general outlook of the property is great, but the rooms are a completely different story. The rooms aren't bad, but the bathrooms are not. We found the bathrooms to be dirty and in poor condition. That aspect could be much better.
It seems, at some point, the property WAS a five star facility, but how long ago that was, who knows. These days, it would be a three stat property."
"Great location with a bus stopping outside and fantastic sea views. The only thing that let the hotel down was the rooms. It was windy and the wind blew through the rooms, meaning most of our party couldn't sleep. Housekeeping was also poor with soap/shampoo etc, not being replaced and the incorrect number of towels being left. "
