"The hotel is located right on the river walk. We had a beautiful 2 queen bed room. It is exceptionally well kept, clean & comfy. The staff are super friendly & accommodating. We were with a big group & every time we went outside Sara our server would come out, light the fire table & start the fountain. She was very attentive & a wonderful server. You never had to go look for her. She took amazing care of us. The breakfast was above & beyond. The entire staff were friendly & accommodating. We'd definitely stay there again."

"Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Room was decent. Looked to be needing a little vacuuming. Room had a smell. Not a bad smell but can't pinpoint what exactly it was. Bought some air freshener sprayed it around several times a day. Staff was polite and helpful. There was always someone at the desk. TV was small. But did the job. Safe area. Lots of lighting on the parking lot. Overall I would stay again if I was in the area. Really good for the price."

Hotels.com attempted to get a refund on my stay, however, the hotel staff were hard to reach and originally unaccommodating to the electronic request. Never had a chance to make it to the property and stayed stuck in TN for 3 nights with no word from either company. I was promised by the Hotels.com agent that someone would be in contact but never received a call back or an email."

The only recommendation I have is check your email prior to going to the destination for instructions. The area is remote and cell signal is off and on. "Chicken went well but when we got to our room it smelt dank like water had been sitting up in there for a minute. The only good thing about our stay is we were at the end of the hall right next to a door. The last night we stayed there. My husband got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night in the bottom left part of the porcelain tank on the toilet broke off and started spewing water everywhere. It was fortunate that he knew how to turn the water off because the attendant at the front desk probably would have known how to do that. The management was accusational when it was reported. My husband got cut but nobody asked if you was okay. Nobody asked if we were okay. They were more concerned about getting the toilet changed out for the quilt show. That was about to start up the next day. So much so that before I checked out that day. Darcy, the front desk attendant sent maintenance to the room at 8:30 and then again at 9:30 to get the toilet out of there. When I requested that he wait until the 11:00 checkout, she comped an attitude with me stating that we were supposed to be moved to a different room that she if she had known we were in the room she wouldn't have sent down there even though my husband had called from the room that morning to ask what time check- out was.
