3 Bed 1 Bath Home Conveniently located in the heart of Pryor

Come and stay in this cute 2 bedroom 1 bath house that was all remodeled in 2020. We are 15 minutes from Lake Hudson and 20 minutes from Grand Lake. There are lots of restaurants within 10 mins or use the kitchen with all brand new appliances to cook! The house is within walking distance of historic downtown Pryor. Why book a motel when you can have a whole house for the same price? Absolutely no smoking! 49" Roku Smart TV & Verizon 5G Wireless internet provided. We do allow pets on a individual basis. Please let me know if you are bringing your pet along. There is a pet fee of 10$ extra per day per pet to cover extra cleaning costs. We have security cameras outside monitoring the driveway/door entrance.

Cute, quaint and clean.

The property was very cute. We needed someplace centrally located to family as we were in town for a funeral. It worked out perfectly.

3-day visit

This was a very pleasant property. It worked out well with our small dog, too. It was on Graham Avenue so had a fair amount of road traffic at times, but it was not bothersome. Had a glitch in the check-in process in that the info sent to us by VRBO was not up to date. Although not listed as an amenity, it did have internet access via wifi.

The perfect location for my event schedule. This home has all the comforts I wanted while traveling and Jeremy was very responsive with any questions during my stay. Loved the remodeled modern interior, appliances, and very well stocked home!

Cozy, comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay in this updated, two-bedroom home. The beds were comfortable, the house was absolutely immaculate, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our dog enjoyed the clean, partially fenced backyard. The host was helpful and friendly. We would definitely rent this property again.

Very Nice

Very nice property and seemed well kept. The owner was able to help us by getting a Pack N Play for our one night which was a huge help and was above and beyond. It is located on a pretty busy street with some noise but overall that wasn't too bad.

A Lot of Rain

Very clean. House very cute. I gave it a 4 because i didnt receive my check info. But when Vrbo contacted the owner he was very quick to respond. The fence didn't go all around the house. I put my dog in the back yard and he met me in the front. But all in all it we had a nice stay. I would stay again. Very very clean

Owner wanted us to pay additional money $200 claiming we had smoked in the house. We had not smoked in the house, reading past reviews it seems to be his pattern. STAY AWAY!!
