Ankerplatz is designed to be accessible and features a step-free entrance, allowing for pleasant and easy access to the apartment. The floor plan is functional and well-thought-out, allowing all guests to move about freely and comfortably.

The apartment is versatile and can accommodate several people:
Double bed (queen-size) for two people
Bunk bed, suitable for up to three people
Fold-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space
