The room was very clean and very nicely kept. The furniture was very comfortable. The guest house also had a full kitchen which was shared by all tenants. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

It was not elaborate or high-end, but clean and very comfortable. They had thought of all of a guest's basic needs, including laundry facilities, laundry detergent, and iron/ironing board. Kudos to the excellent staff! I enjoyed it.

This is a very affordable situation, as long as you don't mind sharing a bath with strangers. Several different people were there during the 4 days I stayed and all were very nice. It was VERY clean and every time anyone left, a cleaning crew came in immediately to reclean. You can lock your own bedroom. It's simply furnished, but nice. Location is great for anything at BYU. It's not plush, but I was looking for VERY affordable and totally clean and adequate. I'd use it again.

It’s pretty much a bed and breakfast. It’s a shared space, but you have your own room. When you arrive you need to contact the property owner for the entrance code and room instructions. I’m not sure if it was a one time deal or not, but someone was cooking Indian food and the house smelled like it all night (even while sleeping). I wasn’t a big fan of the smell, but overall it was a sufficient place to stay. There were a lot of restaurants nearby as well as the campus.

Not what I expected

Said sound proof rooms. The lie detector test determined that was a lie. My room was right by the road and front door. Heard everyone coming in and out and every car drive by this busy road. Got quiet around midnight and cars started driving past around 4 am.

Stayed at this place in August and the room was extremely hot. I was not able to sleep well at night due to the heat and it was uncomfortable. I asked the owner if there was something they could do. I never received a response from the owner, so I had to find another room for the last two nights.

Help!

When we arrived we had no idea how to get into the building. There was another client awaiting an entry code who sent a text to the owner with our information. Later we received a text with an access code. The site Hotels.com had NO information on the address of the building, how or who to contact for help. Very frustrating!
