We are lucky enough to offer 2 covered parking spots (hard to come by downtown)! The parking garage is located directly behind the apartment at the Wells Fargo building and requires a short walk to the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE
This is a historic downtown building and there is no elevator. Guests must climb approximately 30 stairs to reach the apartment. Please consider this before booking.

There are also 2 interior steps along the edge of the main living area. Please use caution.

Because the apartment is located in the heart of Downtown Provo above commercial businesses, guests may experience some of the normal sounds and activity that come with a lively downtown location.

FEES & RENTAL AGREEMENT
- Guests choose either a $500 refundable security deposit or a $53.50 nonrefundable damage waiver (not both).
- The deposit or waiver and any applicable pet fees are processed securely through Airbnb-compliant Enso Connect.
