Mere steps from a bayside beach and just a short walk to shopping, dining, and nightlife. The unit comprises two floors. The lower level consists of a well appointed kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs level is a full bath, half bath, and three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 are doubles. Includes deck with gas grill and outdoor dining and parking for three cars. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL.
